It impacts in two main places which I need to draw your attention to.

Privacy Policy

Whilst the essence of my privacy policy hasn’t changed, it now has to be a little bit more explicit. As such I have revised my privacy policy and you can find a copy of it here.

Newsletters (you need to opt-in)

I send out an annual newsletter to my customers to confirm when my holidays are going to be over the forthcoming year so you are aware in advance of when I’m not going to be available. This tends to be done annually – it’s not a high-volume mailing!

One of the impacts of the GDPR is that you need to opt-in to anything like a newsletter rather than me just sending it out to you.
